How does it work?
L-valine is an essential amino acid that is one of the three branched chain amino acids (BCAAs) used together for muscle building and repair.1 There is limited research available on the independant use of L-valine however when in combination with other branched-chain amino acids (BCAAs), leucine and isoleucine, it assists in building physical strength and muscle mass.2
What results can be expected?
L-valine is most commonly taken with L-isoleucine and L-leucine as part of a branched chain amino acid formula to assist in muscle building and recovery, as well as gaining strength, power and speed during intensive exercise regimes.3
